Try this delicious cocktail from Soi!

INGREDIENTS

1.5oz Bourbon
2oz Tamarind Syrup
.75oz Lime Juice
Top Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

Method: Short Shake / Strain
Glassware: Collins Glass w/ 4 Kold-Draft Cubes
Garnish: Lime Wedge

*Tamarind Syrup - Measure equal parts simple syrup and tamarind paste by weight. Stir together very well and strain through chinois.
