Esplanade Swizzle
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Amontillado Sherry
.75 oz lime juice
1 oz ginger liqueur
Mint garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all of the ingredients in a Collins glass.
Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
Stir with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty.
Top with more crushed ice, then garnish with fresh mint.
