Esplanade Swizzle

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 oz Bozal Castilla Mezcal

• 1 oz Amontillado Sherry

• .75 oz lime juice

• 1 oz ginger liqueur

• Mint garnish

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a Collins glass.

• Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.

• Stir with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty.

• Top with more crushed ice, then garnish with fresh mint.
