INGREDIENTS
2 oz Doc Swinson's Blenders Cut Bourbon
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz egg white
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to ice filled shaker tin. Shake until well chilled and egg white is emulsified. Strain into chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with 2 cherries
Honey Syrup: 500 g Wildflower Honey & 500 g Water
