INGREDIENTS

3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Select Aperitivo
1 spray of Seltzer or Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

Add the Select, Prosecco, and soda to an ice-filled rocks glass. Stir gently, garnish with a green olive.
