INGREDIENTS

1.5oz Bluewater Halcyon Organic Gin
0.75oz fresh lemon juice 
0.5oz thyme simple syrup
0.5oz peach liqueur

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice

Shake with ice and dump into a rocks glass. Garnish with thyme sprig.
