We wanted to come up with a breakfast cocktail for our friends at The Carla Marie & Anthony Show that highlighted the versatility of gin so we gathered up some cereal milk, some fresh fruit, and an egg and made this yummy treat.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½  ounce Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin

  • 3 qty - fresh raspberries

  • ½ ounce Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur

  • ¾ ounce Rhubarb Simple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon cereal milk

  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 egg

  • Fruity Pebbles for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Separate the egg white from the yolk into a small bowl.

  • Add three raspberries, the gin, and rhubarb liqueur to a shaker.

  • Gently muddle the raspberries in the shaker

  • Add rhubarb simple syrup, cereal milk, lemon, and egg white into a shaker (without ice) and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

  • Add ice to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds.

  • Strain into a coupe glass

  • Garnish with three or so fruity pebbles (or a raspberry as pictured here)
