The Carla Marie
We wanted to come up with a breakfast cocktail for our friends at The Carla Marie & Anthony Show that highlighted the versatility of gin so we gathered up some cereal milk, some fresh fruit, and an egg and made this yummy treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ ounce Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin
3 qty - fresh raspberries
½ ounce Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
¾ ounce Rhubarb Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon cereal milk
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg
Fruity Pebbles for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Separate the egg white from the yolk into a small bowl.
Add three raspberries, the gin, and rhubarb liqueur to a shaker.
Gently muddle the raspberries in the shaker
Add rhubarb simple syrup, cereal milk, lemon, and egg white into a shaker (without ice) and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with three or so fruity pebbles (or a raspberry as pictured here)
