The Rubus Cube
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz Domaine de Canton
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
5 raspberries
1.5 oz club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle raspberries and lemon juice.
Add Domaine de Canton and gin and shake with ice until well chilled.
Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Top with club soda and garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.
