The Rubus Cube

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • .75 oz Domaine de Canton

  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 5 raspberries

  • 1.5 oz club soda

DIRECTIONS:

  • Muddle raspberries and lemon juice.

  • Add Domaine de Canton and gin and shake with ice until well chilled.

  • Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

  • Top with club soda and garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.
