Pineapple 75 (Shooter)
It’s National Bubbly Day on June 4th and we put together a cocktail that is a twist on a French 75, this shooter is made with pineapple juice instead of lemon.
INGREDIENTS
½ oz pineapple juice
¾ oz Greenall’s Gin
Champagne or Prosecco
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
Add pineapple juice and Greenall’s Gin into the cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Strain into a shot glass.
Top with bubbles
