INGREDIENTS
2 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin
1 oz Pamplemousse
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Fresh Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary, taking a fingernail and squeezing (but not quite breaking) a few of the leaves for aromatics.
