INGREDIENTS

0.75oz Wintersun Organic Aquavit
0.75oz Jasmine-Infused Bluewater Organic Vodka
0.75oz Bluewater Organic Elderflower Cardamom Liqueur 
0.75oz Fresh Lemon
0.75oz Simple Syrup 
0.75oz Egg White

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in tin, shake with ice and double strain into small side of tin. Dump ice and dry shake to whip. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with 3 drops of basil oil.
