The weather is getting colder so we are spicing things up in the kitchen! Join us virtually on Thursday, November 18th for our Jack Daniel’s Rye Whiskey Hot Sauce Making Class. You’ll be provided with a kit that contains all the fresh and divine ingredients to make your very own delicious hot sauce. Then once we’re all online and ready to start cookin’, we’ll be joined by Syd Suntha, hot sauce expert and co-founder of Ballyhoo Hot Sauce, who will provide us with lots of spicy commentaries as he guides us through making our very own hot sauce.
As Syd walks us through how to make some unique and mouthwatering hot sauce he’ll provide us with tips and tricks on how to perfect the hot sauce of your dreams. Whether you’re someone who likes their hot sauce catching mouths on fire or someone who just likes to add some flavor to your food, Syd will show us different pointers for how to make the best hot sauce for your preferences. Follow along, drink a cocktail or two, as you make some variations and make the perfect hot sauce that is just for you!
Your kit will include all of the supplies needed to make the hot sauce and can be picked up on Monday, November 15th from 3pm - 6pm or on Wednesday, November 17th from 10am - 1pm at Seattle Cocktail Club HQ (7551 B 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117). Then you’ll get the link to the virtual event on Thursday, November 18th and will tune in later that evening at 6:30 pm to make the world’s best hot sauce!
