Experience firsthand the rapidly expanding world of Asian spirits from expert and founder of High Road Spirits, Kris Elliott. During this exclusive tasting we will imbibe and explore the evolution of Asian beverage craft with multiple different spirits from whisky to shoujo, and many more.
In addition to tasting a wide variety of different Asian spirits, we will be indulging in dinner from local restaurant Secret Congee. Made with organic and sustainable ingredients, their congee is warm and comforting, and comes with the option to choose from Pork Belly, Garlic Blue Crab, or Miso and Squash.
This event is exclusively for SCC members only and will take place at the GiLLY WAGON office on Seaview Ave NW in Ballard. Non-members will not be permitted to participate and will be turned away.
